For your consideration is this Rare & Gorgeous Vintage 2 (Two) Cups & Saucers Set in "Temple Gold" Berry Pattern from Royal Winton Grimwades. Made in England. c. 1950s. Mid Century Modern!
Striking vintage 1950s Royal Winton Grimwades, England high gloss gold luster bone china in the Temple Gold pattern featuring beautiful etched leaf & berry design. The gold luster finish is gorgeous.
This charming four (4) piece Set consists of 2 tea cups and 2 saucers.
Royal Winton crafted those bone china teacups featuring an aristocratic handle, delicate design with a pedestal base and a gracious presence.
A wonderful rich and opulent set: Very elegant pieces have a gold-on-gold pattern of leaves & berries (would be nice for Christmas). Pieces have a smooth edge. Saucers have scalloped edges. Gold is shiny and vibrant.
Two different Royal Winton makers marks on cups.
Stamps are slightly different but all pieces are definitely belonging to each other.
Approximate measurements: each footed cup stands 2.75 " high and 3.5" at opening, each matching saucer measures 5.25" in diameter (edge to edge across the front).
Cup capacity: 8 fluid ounces.
This amazing set is in excellent and seemingly little-used vintage condition with no chips, nicks, cracks, or fleabites some age-appropriate wear. Little crazing on one cup’s bottom only, and no stains.
Gold color is bright and sharp.  Please take a close look at the photos, they are an integral part of the description.
