Description

Four 5oz bottles of Hot Sauce made by Erik Zukauskas featuring hot peppers grown in our garden in Brownington, Vermont in the summer of 2020.
The sauces are...
1. Smoked Carolina Reaper, Habanero & Cayenne Peppers

Apple Cider Vinegar, Onions, Shallots, Garlic, Salt and Xanthan Gum.
2. Smoked Green Cayenne, Serrano & Paprika Peppers; Lime Juice,
Apple Cider Vinegar, Onions, Shallots, Garlic, Salt and Xanthan Gum.
3. Fermented Green Cayenne Peppers,
Apple Cider Vinegar, Onions, Shallots, Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt and Xanthan Gum.
4. Fermented Red Cayenne Peppers, Red Bell Peppers,
Apple Cider Vinegar, Onions, Shallots, Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt and Xanthan Gum.
One Quantity equals one bottle of each for a total of four hot sauces.
