    Shady Lady started in the small town of Orcutt California.  In Spring of 2020, our simple little home garden grew into a huge dream.  With too many leftover peppers, we put together a delicious hot sauce to eat with our dinner.  Soon after we began sharing it with family and friends and it was an instant hit!  Now we put it on all of our meals and snacks. This healthy sauce is a blend of fresh Red Fresno, Jalapeno, Habanero, and Serrano chiles.  We cut the heat with some sweet pineapple and added some body with carrots.  This sauce is very special to us, we put a lot of love and hard work into it.
