    Description

    Royal Winton, vintage chintz dessert plate, the pattern is Summertime It has a gold edge with vibrant colors on a cream background. It is in excellent condition, there are no scratches, chips or cracks. Please examine the photos to see the crazing visible on back as expected with china of this age. Also, note the slightly rubbed areas on the gold edge trim.
    This plate would be from pre 1960's, probably the early 1950's.
    The shape is ascot, which is a scalloped and rounded square. It is 7", and this size was used as a desert plate, for salads or for breads.
