This is a vintage Nancy Ann Story book Doll  Little Miss Donnet, She wore a big bonnet, in her original box.  She has on a beautiful pink  colored dress with a paisley type print  black trim around the waist and at the bottom of the dress She wore a black hat and pantaloons.  She has sleep eyes.  She is part of the Fairyland series.  She is hard plastic and has all clothing nothing missing.   Very nice item. She is 4 1/2 " tall.
