Soon after completing his training, from 1877 onwards, he attended the Düsseldorf Art Academy. There he was a student in the elementary class of Andreas Müller and Heinrich Lauenstein. [1] In 1878 he moved to Munich. From 1891 until his death he lived in the Munich suburb of Oberschleißheim. "(Wikipedia) His extensive bookplate has so far been virtually unexplored. - Good copy.
