This is a pdf file  THAT TELLS how i built my diversion load controller.
The picture shows it in use on the solar bank on my greenhouse . The assembly is fairly simple with some electronics soldering skills . Most boughten units have an amperage rating which limits you in its use . This unit is capable of controlling enough amperage to run a city if needed , because you add how ever many power relays to the capacity you need.
My unit has onboard volt meter , it can be adjusted for the voltage it kicks on (high volts) and the volts it will kick out(low volts) . It simply senses voltage and controls a small relay (up to 10 amp) . This relay can turn on a larger one which can be added up to the amp rating you need . In this way your needs can never outgrow it .

It  has parts list , scematic , operating instructions. Most any of it can be modified to use other voltmeters, perf boards, and terminal strips (basically whatever you have laying around) . you dont need to use the exact parts EXCEPT for the passive component/values .
